    Default Revo 3.3 servo issue

Im just getting back into the hobby after many years and i picked up a revo 3.3 used runs great. But the steering is backwards, i flipped the switch on the radio (tq3 junk) and it doesnt make a difference. What do you think radio just toast ?

I'd say the radio is probably toast. If possible can you flip the servo around? That would reverse the steering while you wait for a new TX? I recently picked up a flysky fs2 and its been great. Very cheap entry radio if you're just looking for something to keep you going. Traxxas also has pretty good customer service, they might even send you a new one if you give them a call.

That's unfortunate, and chance you can open the radio and see if you can replace/fix the reverse toggle switch? I'd still recommend contacting Traxxas..

So after messing around more it is the radio. The switch was barely attached inside the radio. Thanks for the reply

Well my throttle servo freaked out on me and is toasted. So i ordered a airtronics 95358 servo. It should be much better than the old 2055 traxxas servo lol

Airtronics products are discontinued. I suggest upgrading the steering servo too 135+ oz. I am using Rc gear shop servos. $10 for a metal gear servo with 135 oz.

Re gear shop servos are worth trying for the price. Airtronics went out of business 2016. All that is left is innovatory.

The good old days are gone with the cool stuff. I am a hard core kyosho and Associated guy.My radio of choice was Hite and Airtronics but not the servos as I had nothing but problems. I switched to Rc gear shop servos and no problems yet. People just don't want to spend $$$ for quality anymore.

I miss my old airtronics m8 and my tc4 onroad car. But i still remember when you still made your own 6cell nimh batts like it was the other day. I must be getting old lol

I have a couple M8. Sadly they are dying as the displays go out over time. The M11 is much better. Batteries' have gotten cheaper and run time has improved. I will never but lipo. I have made the switch to brushless.
