Default Tmaxx Front Suspension Too High

I'm trying to lower the front end of my maxx and wanted to know if anyone knows the proper springs vs. oil vis. to use. Use heavy springs with ligher oil or lighter springs with heavy oil? Is there a science to this? My Tmaxx has Integy piggyback shocks(silver springs) with 50 wt oil. Truck is standing straight up and rolls over very easy. I've read the a-arms should be level, correct? Wheels have proper caster, camber, and alignment. Any help would be great...thx

The best option to lower the suspension with out sacrificing suspension is to add shock limiters inside the shocks to lower the truck.
