Default Is there a sure fire way to true a deformed wheel?

I have a Losi LST2 with 420 type (LOSB7010/11) dish wheels. The problem I have is one of them, after having a severe impact, now has a noticeable deformity in its uniformity. Are there any good ways to regain the proper true of the wheel or is it just a matter of flexing it in the right direction?
    Would boiling work?

Once a wheel is damage I wouldn't bother trying to fix it.

Boiling (any heat for that matter) might actually make it worse. You can try flexing it by hand.

Once you stress the plastic you only make it weaker. Replacing it is the best option. It will never be good as new.
