Default Whats a good budget lipo?

So i have a bunch of rc's, some bashers, some racers, and for the past 3 years, due to new members of the family have been out of it for a bit. I have nearly a dozen lipos, some 2s1p some 2s2p. I have ranging brands from dollar hobbyz g force shorty and full, gens ace, and spc lipos. I know how to care for them and out of the past 5 or 6 years they all still work, balanced but a few are approaching their last charges due to sheer number of charges. I am in need to replacing probably 2 to start with and im realizing that all my former knowledge of where to turn for solid budget lipos is very out dated and lipos have gotten increasingly more expensive. So, what are the going, decent quality, lipos over 4000 mah and a minimum of 50c, preferably more but i'd like to stick around an output amp draw of 250amp minimum(Like Lipo 4S 5000mAh). Suggestions please, and does anyone else think shorty packs suck? I have very little luck with them as they puff and lose their spunk within the first 25 charges or so. But i need to have one as that all that fits into my 22-4 and thats about my favorite car to drive.

Smc recieves their batteries from the same factory as tom at spc did, that would be my recomendation for batteries. As far as shorties go i personally dont have any trouble with my old spc pack, i can tell it doesnt have the punch my full size stick packs have but the weight savings is more than justifiable on a grooved up surface.

As an aside Now that tom is no longer making packs i myself will be going to smc. I know he fights the good fight against brands like maxcramps and orion who flat out lie about battery performance.

YES the question was price and I responded with the cheapest price. Sadly Lipo are junk and I will never buy them.

No, the question is what budget LIPO. I could find him a cheap wristwatch, but not what he was really asking....stick to subjects you have expertise in. You don't like lipo batteries, so you should be the last one doling out advice for them. If handled correctly, they are extremely capable and safe.

Lipos are not 1000% safe. They balloon up and explode or catch fire. Extremly dangerous!!!!!!! I never have had any a NIMH do this.

Natural gas to heat your home is dangerous too...but do we go without it and do houses blow up all the time because we use it, NO

Chances of a LiPo doing what you are saying is very rare, unless the user intentionally misuses (case closed)

Though Lipo battery is not 100% safe, but such rc Lipos are not very big, and they have high capacity and discharge rate, it is better than other batteries.
