Thumbs up Tekno MT410 custom built by member Revolauncher

My Tekno MT410 is 99% complete, just waiting on the body tomorrow. Member Revolauncher built it for me. Can't thank him enough (he was/is close to perfect in relation to detail that you can be). He also built a XS Flux custom for me also that I had to sell in order to get the Tekno. Again, Revolauncher's knowledge and meticulous craftsmanship is second to none and I can't thank him enough

Fun build! Tekno stuff fits like a glove and even the extensive list of mods you added all went w/o a hitch. These MT410's are going to be popular. Tough as nails, handle well, and I bet they jump beautifully, because every other Tekno does.....It sort of reminded me of my 8ight-TE and here is a pic. of the F350 body I mentioned on my ELST2 a while ago....:IMG_3838_zpsede67744.jpgIMG_1783.jpg

They do make them in 3.8, but the pre-mounted are not bead lock, nor are they in stock at $50/pair. They seem quite a bit too tall and heavy for handling well though....

But they are for 1/6 scale Xmaxx, different sizing hex, diameter, width, altogether. Beadlocks are not too effective with high RPM truggy applications like yours. More meant for crawlers and largescales....

Understand fully...just wish Pro-Line would have rim options for their MT tires just like Tire Rack does for our vehicles

Look into Hpi Racing, Axial racing, Duratrax, and Ofna for 17mm. hex, 3.8 inch rim options. With this nice weather you should be running yours!

Look good. Rear shockwaves are on backwards? Chevron tread arrows should point forward....usually.
