    Default 6x6 Wheely King

Something I've been working on. I picked up a set of frame rails from killbucket a while ago. Finally got about to getting another wheely king and getting this thing together. Still got a little bit to do but it drives. Now i need to figure out a body. Thinking about a kydex flatbed or a stretching the rear end of a honcho and going that route. Any ideas?

That's a cool looking project. I wonder if that's the same killbucket that used to frequent the airsoft forum I used to be on?

Good job man...looks like you did a quality job, the chassis is killer! You may try shortening the upper links on the middle axle to get that rear driveshaft at a nice flat angle going out towards the rear axle...but it may affect your center driveshaft angle so I dunno.

If you can find some sheets of plastic you could make your own bed - just cut, drill, and bolt it together to make it how you like!

Here are some pics just for you to get ideas...

Thank you. And most likely. I believe he made airsoft miniguns.

I'll give shortening the links a try. I want to change the pinion angle on it. Was thinking of doing a 4 link custom set up.

Did you build that truck? Looks awesome. My boy is wanting something military looking. So was thinking maybe something like that. Just maybe camo or OD green.

6x6s are always cool, especially when built from scratch. That probably could find a toy cab-forward semi and use that for the body.
