Nope, discontinued kit is not supported by warranty claims. The electric conversion from Kershaw came with a lot of extra bolts, so that is helping greatly. It looks like when the wheels and body mounts get here I'll have everything to finish it. 1 thing I did learn is 0 offset buggy wheels rub on the front a arms at full lock! Tons of steering throw on this, looks like it will be a tough short course truck to bump around.....

Sharp, I slit the end of my finger torqueing it down tight with threadlock. It is very light, bearing fit was fine, a little shallow with the plunge depth as I like the entire bearing in the diff. mount, a 1mm. section of the bearing protruded, but not enough to bind. On another note, Associated SC8 wheels use a 1/8 scale style buggy tire bead only compatible with Associated SC8 tires, so that set of rims won't work with my standard 1/10 scale SC tires. Back to DE racing...

This looks almost factory. SCTE/22 drilled body mounted, just waiting on the DE Racing SC8 Borrego wheels from amain. Really happy with the results:

It looks like the body fits it really well. Bet you're itching to run it.

Yep'. It is alot of sideways countersteering, 3-1/2 turns lock to lock.....

That looks neat! Very clean . I probably wouldn't go too hard on it since i think only tamiyausa carries parts right>?

I am a supporting member of BYT......it will be driven furiously, and contact cannot be avoided! Parts are still pretty easy to come by, everything is 2-3 days shipping away, no big deal.
