What a machine! The use of progressive springs to counter the geometry and give a more linear feel is just genius! Are the springs different rates or just different colors? Nice job cutting/fabbing the delrin, I don't know if I'd have the patience to build those pieces!

electronics were stolen from other cars. they may stay where they are.

ive driven the car twice now and this thing is just awesome. by far the best driving car ive EVER owned. the power comes on so smoothly, the car reacts to every input i give.

i know im supposed to be a vintage traxxas collector but i think ive become a member of the church of rc10

Now it doesn't look so naked! That's a GIANT pinion you got there, must be another onroad/oval thing. Any ideas you've worked up for paint?

actually its undergeared still (for a 4 minute race that is) its only a 31 which is ok for the 88t spur. probably need to go down to like a 80-83 spur and up a tooth on the pinion

i have some ideas but i need to pick up paint first.maybe next week ill pick up paint (pactra rattle cans). gonna do florescent red and brilliant blue on the top and front, and sprint white on the sides and backing. going to leave the air scoops clear so you can see the shocks. thinking the nose will be the red and ill do a simple fade to blue.

this car has seen some serious asphalt time since ive built it but what its needed was a baptism in clay.

well it had its fill today.

thats what a dirt late model should look like!

car had a little push (need to play with them rear shocks) but that dang thing GOES! that twister/yokomo was geared just right and i really do think i hit on a good spring/brush combo. i was haulin the mail.
