    Default the REVO!

hey guys, so i just got my latest project in the mail yesterday. its an older revo 2.5, but i've already cleaned it up a little bit and got it running. luckily, the engine was still in good shape, so i'll be rockin that one until it lets go.

right out of the box, no body.

and with the H1 body i painted last night. put grill, headlight, and tail light decals after the picture

i'll post more pics as it progresses

for some reason, this one doesnt have reverse... not sure if its a different trans or if tis just missing a servo... i'll dig into that later.

Yeah, she needs a little work, but it's a good project chassis. That 2.5r really is a high rpm screamer, but I'm thinking about putting a 3.3 in it when this one let's go. We'll see what I come across

Found a 3.3 for a GREAT deal. Not new, but still fresh. Only has about a gallon thru it. Getting it for $40 shipped and he's including an extra cooling head and other misc items.

undecided. i'm gonna run it for a while as it is, then upgrade it as it breaks. looks wise, it'll probably remain close to the same. maybe a different body color because i used the wrong paint for this one and its already coming off.
