A couple more rigs that got done recently.

Thanks!
It started life as a Axial SCX10 and a Nikko TJ body. The body was then narrowed sectioned and cut up like crazy.
I took a couple side by side shots with the Toyota flat bed just so you can get how small it is. Wheel base is 10 3/8 inches with a standard SCX10 track width.
Surprisingly it crawls really well, about the same as the Toyota.

Extremely nice work on all of these. I'm digging the Jeep too.
Would love to see a new thread on just the Jeep, close up, body off, etc.

You have some sweet lookin' rigs. Is that a Wraith? Custom cage?
Nope. It is a Axial SCX10 based 1.9, the Pitbull tires only measure 4.3" (or so). Wheelbase is 12.25", width is stock AX10/SCX10. I brazed the cage straight to the Axial frame rails using 1/8th inch solid rod. Cab of the body is from a Axial Honcho, it was then narrowed to 5" sectioned into panels and then I trimmed up the bottom of the doors. Every piece of the body is bolted to the tube work underneath. The bed sides are from a HPI Mini trophy truck body. Interior is from a Nikko TJ body, dash is custom made, steering wheel is from an original Tamiya bruiser, gauge clusters are from RPP hobby, roof is aluminum and then slapped some black styrene in to fill the gaps.
I'm having a hell of a time finding a scale Wraith driver that doesn't look...kinda silly.
I'm seeing lots of cool seats and seatbelts, too. Where can I find a 5-point harness?
Right here:

He only sells them with the seats, but for the looks they are worth it.
Wrestler figures from Walmart are the right scale, but are kind of silly. Look for video game characters, most of those figures are the right size. I think there is one from Splinter Cell that is pretty normal looking.
