Ya that sweet but with that size there'd be no challenge IMO. Cause it could get over all the other stuff, unless you were to like climb something like Everest with this. But it'd prob. make it up Everest lol. I also think that all alum. is too expensive and overkill for a crawler and this is too big it'd be no challenge. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that this is too good but not really in a good way.

Holy cow! That thing is massive

Anyways, I bet it needs a 75 turn to move it, too

Look at the back left wheel of the 5B. I bet it doesn't get that good of a turn-in with 2 different rear tires...

Bigger vehicles need bigger terrain. So enough said for that

As for being a shelf queen? Depends on who owns I think. Would take some serious electronics to make this thing move like it should. Parts look like they can take some serious abuse. Aluminum is good for crawling. No high speed crashes to bend parts.

it is big but it is not much bigger then some supers.. I am sure I can find terrain that it wont get up and I dont think I would have to look far to find it...

as for a shelf queen because of aluminum, I dont think so. bergs are the hottest axle right now and there all aluminum. till you have seen the abuse a axle like this can take compared to a plastic one I dont think you would really appreciate the difference..

electronics should be pretty standard super stuff looks like it is still running 540 sized lathes I am sure the axles are geared for it..

    All three of them

That crawler looks pretty awesome to me Those axles look MASSIVE!

I think sloppy is right. I think you could run that on pretty basic Super Crawler sized stuff. Just depends on how the axles are geared. 55t motors in a super are not worked very hard when geared low.

Very nice looking rig! My tmaxx based crawler was that big, maybe a little bigger. I had to use 40 series tires to make it look proper. My reduction was somewhere in the 75:1 range. This one is 30:1 gear reduction, wonder what motor it will need to use. My good friend Craiger has one that would be I guess 1/3 scale. Its all hand fab with a TVP chassis using aircraft grade aluminum and such, custom fab axles, and it's slower then a snail but it will run anything over that gets in its way. I gotta get a pic for yall to see, its rediculasly huge! It can run over fallen trees, tractor tires, and even small animals, lol, j/k.

Its about time someone started using real ball ends for the trailing arms, way better articulation.

And I just love them axles! I wanna set for next spring's build.

    Cheers.
