nice boat nick but I think you may have a hard time making that brushless as you would have to do some work to get it to be a inboard. fire that puppy up and make sure you get video of it lol

They're actually pull the nitro motor off and making an adapter that mounts a brushless motor right where the nitro motor is and running the leads from the motor into the hull. It'd be even easier than converting a nitro buggy to electric.

I'm REALLY wanting to convert it to jet drive but man that is some serious work........

Would be cool, but for this application I think a single bigger brushless will be more efficient.... and cheaper

I've been day dreaming about this thing all day long at work. I'm going to toss my radio gear in it tonight and get that all setup. I have some 1/4" clear acrylic for the radio box cover. I'm hoping to get the motor fired up tomorrow at some point. If I can get it fired up I'll mount the radio box cover and try to head over to the lake.

Found out the glow plug was bad but after I got that sorted out she fired up! Didn't want to run it long since there was no cooling for it. Just wanted to make sure it ran before trying to go to the lake. Working on an acrylic cover for the electronics and need to replace the fuel tank and I'm going to get it wet!

Brought her to work today for the guys to drool over. Swinging by the LHS on the way home to Bs with the owner. He's a boat guru so I'm hoping he can give me some pointers before I throw it in the water. My biggest concern is getting a new fuel tank for it. This one has sat around to long and I'm not comfortable with it. Would like to run some new fuel line, add a fuel filter, finish the electronics cover and I want to tear down the lower unit before putting it in the water. I was told if that flex shaft isn't lubed up it'll wear real quick.
